New Year’s Resolution – BUY A TREADMILL
Happy New Year’s Everyone! I took a poll of 20 of my friends and 70% of them said that their New Year’s Resolution was to lose the holiday weight and get back on track. My friend and I have been looking for treadmills and researching which one’s are better…which one’s have an incline…and so forth. She ended up purchasing her first treadmill last week, the TR1000 Folding Treadmill. The day after she put it together she walked and ran on it for 75 minutes!
I can’t decide whether to fork over a little more money and buy the other folding treadmill that my friend was contemplating between or just buy the TR1000, knowing that I’ve heard of good experiences….tough decision.

Opening the Gym…
If you’ve read the post on here about my friend opening a new gym, here’s an update. I called him the other day to see how it was coming along. He was telling me he has more than enough capital saved up, so even though many of the banks are having a tough time in this economy and a little timid about handing out loans, they’re pushing him along because of so much that he had saved over the years.
I also had to ask him about the advertising book that I had given him since I had yet to read it. He said it was helping him out a lot. He said it’s easy to read and there’s a lot of great insight on how to market a plethora of businesses, not just an entity in a given sector. He also apologized in advance because he might be keeping my Christmas present for himself….bummer…
