How Athletes Keep Bikini Bodies All Year Long

As many of us are working towards getting our best bikini bodies…I started to wonder what some professional athletes are doing right now to stay in shape.  Take for instance one of my favorite NFL players – The Dallas Cowboys’ Terrell Owens.  I mean look at this guys body, it is obvious that Terrell Owenshe is doing more than going to training camp when  the Dallas Cowboys Travel to San Antonio, TX in the end of July for 2 weeks of training.

It was interesting to learn that T.O. has his own Youth Football Mini Training Camp from June 24 – 25th, and I was even more surprised to find that T.O. uses resistant band training to get such a ripped body – so it is not all about lifting hardcore weights.

T.O. certain does a lot to get ready for the Dallas Cowboys Games, but oh how we love to watch him play on Game Day!

A Trip to a 2009 Dallas Cowboys Home Game?

I usually don’t post about sports in general on here, but coming from a dedicated Philadelphia Eagles fan, I’m very unhappy with the way this season is going…Sure, McNabb got benched and didn’t know you could end in a tie, but then he came back super strong, until last night….Then I got the usual call from my brother saying how his NY Giants won and my beloved, beleaguered Eagles had lost.  This happens every year, by the way.  For some reason, Philly teams, any Philly team, always manages to screw it up in the end.  I know the Phillies won the World Series this year, but I’m considering this a fluke because it’s been 25 years since winning the last World Series, and I guarantee you they WILL NOT be the same team next year.  I still remember back in ‘93…I was 11 years old and I cried myself to sleep that night after Joe Carter hit the winning home run off of Mitch Williams to win the World Series.  The next year, the Phils weren’t the same team and everybody ended up either being traded and/or retiring.

But I digress.  On to bigger and better things!  I’ve decided that I’m starting to ramp up on next year’s NFL football season.  Coming from a (anymore) fairweather sports fan, I’ve decided to bond with my vindicative brother and asked if he wanted to take a mini vacation next fall and go to Texas to see one of the Dallas Cowboys games.  I don’t care if it’s against Eagles or Giants, although, I’m preferring the rivalry of the Eagles.  I’ve never been to Dallas, and he’s a huge football fan, so I figured it’d be a great trip!  Of course, we’ll probably have to wait until mid summer to order the tickets, but I think with the way the Eagles are doing this year, they’re going to need all the cheering they can get next year and I”m getting prepared.  The season is absolutely horrible for them this year and come next year, they’re going to need a couple dedicated fans, so maybe a trip into the craziness of a Dallas Cowboys home game could quite possibly be in order!  I have no idea if I’ll make it out alive at this one, so whoever is going to remind me to call my PA personal injury lawyer for my Costa Rica luxury trip, could you please remind me to tell him about this as well?
