  1. 7 servings of fruits & veggies along with 8-10 glasses of water
  2. Yogurt
  3. Sweet Potatoes
  4. Tea (Black Tea)
  5. Chicken Soup
  6. Beef
  7. Mushrooms
  8. Fish and Shellfish
  9. Garlic
  10. Oats and Barley

Along with eating well, regularly using your exercise machines can help prevent colds, at least that is what a friend told me.
