		<description>Don&#039;t usually recommend products, but wanted to metnion Cramp911 for neck and back spasms.  Stuff works really fast, fast, fast.  It works in under 2 minutes and lasts all day.  Take that, Advil. I use it for back, neck and leg spasms.  It will also prevent spasms if you put if on a half hour before working out.</description>
